The quiet atmosphere and easy beach access made Bordemar Las Cruces Condominium a lovely place to unwind by the coast. The upper floors have beautiful views, and the apartments, though small, feel cozy. There are pools, tidy gardens, and good security too.

The scenery and surroundings are wonderful, and I feel lucky to live in my apartment here all year. But summer and long weekends can be a nightmare: dogs bark everywhere, people blast music, there’s noise, dog poop and cigarette butts, and nobody seems to respect the community. Some owners rent without reserving the right of admission. During the rest of the year, people insist that you park properly and avoid noisy work. They were even upset about plants I put by my entrance. Now those rules seem to have gone out the window.
