I wasn’t told to leave my key at reception when I went out, which made it harder for the staff to clean the room. Apart from that, it was a very nice hotel in a great location, and staying in the historic building was lovely. The room was spacious, the shared living room was tastefully furnished, and breakfast in the adjoining café was very good.

The hotel sits in a beautiful spot across from the beach in Frutillar, in a home with a bright, welcoming entrance. Before we arrived, the owner, Margara, even helped me get tickets to Las Semanas Musicales when I couldn’t buy them online. Staff were always smiling, helpful, and patient with my limited Spanish. The public spaces and rooms are roomy, with comfortable beds, good linens, and nice bathrooms. Breakfast in the downstairs café was generous, with delicious pastries. I’d enthusiastically recommend staying here.

Right on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, this is an amazing hotel in a great location. Everyone was super friendly and the service was great. The rooms were spacious and clean.

A cozy, very nice place with a great lake view. I had the raspberry cheesecake, and it blew my mind. Seriously, I highly recommend it.
