Everything was clean, but the beds left me completely sore. I read reviews from four years ago and visited this year, yet the beds are still awful.

The landlords are really friendly and attentive ✨🙌🏻, and the place is comfortable with quite affordable rates.

Just a few steps from downtown Frutillar, and a peaceful spot if that’s what you’re after. The cabins were excellent, the service was great, and everyone was very friendly. They saved our stay.

The owners greeted us warmly and were friendly, but the cabins have mice. We could hear them walking over the roof, and my partner saw one in the yard. I could only manage one night, then slept in the car we’d left in the yard. We were still charged for that night. When we got to some cabins a few streets away, we were told other vacationers from the same cabins had arrived there after finding a mouse on the table.

The welcome was lovely, but the place just wasn’t comfortable, so I wouldn’t come back. The mattresses need replacing, the wooden upstairs is very noisy when other tenants are there, the bathroom leaks, and the kitchen doesn’t fully work.
