The facilities, heated pool, sauna, and views were all wonderful, and we got a fantastic last-minute rate of 70,000 pesos per night for two people. The stay was even better than I expected. We had dinner at the restaurant too. The pastry and steak were both 10/10 and absolutely worth it. The hotel and restaurant staff were so kind and dedicated. 💕

Right in the center of Futrono, the hotel is still exceptionally quiet. The main street is only a block away, with cafes and a chocolate shop nearby. Its building, gardens, and views are spectacular, better than a 5-star resort, and the staff are friendly and attentive to everything. The restaurant does a good job with its food. The menu could perhaps have a few more options, but I'd highly recommend the place.
