Spa Termas Llifen

We stayed a couple of nights. The thermal pools were simple but relaxing, and everything else, breakfast included, was very enjoyable, even though the hot water was intermittent. We were glad we had dinner there one evening too, it was delicious.

I loved this place. I'd definitely recommend it.

The afternoon tea was delicious, though the buffet could use more variety. It's advertised as a traditional southern-style tea, and I missed homemade bread or something beyond white sliced bread. The sweets were excellent. Don Guillermo, the manager where we had tea, was outstanding, always friendly and attentive, checking that every table was comfortable. It was a pleasure being served by him. We paid for the Termas+once package. It's a good place for families, but the three indoor pools aren't very big. The smallest is barely useful, with room-temperature water and a filter that wasn't working. The middle one is hot and great for relaxing, while the largest is a little cooler but still a good temperature.

The place is clean and tidy, with nice facilities in a rustic style and thermal pools at a good temperature. We found the staff in the restaurant friendly and attentive to what we needed. The afternoon tea buffet had a good range of fresh, well-prepared sweet and savory snacks, and they also offer breakfast and lunch. A bar by the pool might have been nice, though the setting seems more geared toward families. There were children playing, as children do, so it felt less like a relaxing spa. Great for a day visit or a night or more at the hotel.
