The location and facilities are beautiful, but the owner’s service was very poor. They took our key for housekeeping and didn’t return it, leaving us unable to get into our room for most of the day. We also didn’t have enough towels or bathroom amenities.

The owner was really unfriendly and seemed to make an issue out of everything, from paying in cash to taking a minute to decide which car to rent. Those little things can affect your stay. Her daughter is very kind, so try to stay in touch with her. Someone also took our flower necklace from the hotel, and we never got it back. The place itself is nice.

The garden was beautiful, the food was amazing, and every meal came with natural juices and local Rapa Nui food. The crew members were nice, too. I went with a group of friends, and before the first night they removed one bed from one of our rooms because they thought two girls should share a bed. We had to move a bed from another room so our friend could sleep. There were lots of bugs in the rooms at night, and the girls didn’t like that.

A lovely pool to cool off in on hot afternoons, at a beautiful hotel surrounded by green spaces with all the amenities you could ask for. Aunt Maria, Rene, and Aunt Ximena provided excellent service.
