I knew the booking couldn't be refunded, but after an unexpected event made me miss my flight, I called the hotel right away to ask about moving the date. They said it would be fine. Later, though, they changed their answer by email and wouldn't let me reschedule.

I booked online and haven't been able to reach the hotel. Is there another way to contact them? The phone number just goes to voicemail.

The room had Wi-Fi, and the tourist support was fantastic. The accommodations were five-star, and the service was excellent.

There's a Starbucks just two blocks away, a handy place to meet someone over a good coffee.

It's a nice place, especially if you're staying for a longer stretch. The price is steep, though.
