There are only three rooms, but each has an ocean view and a small patio. Breakfast is included every morning, and the evening chef makes everything from scratch. The dining patio looks out over the ocean, harbor, and a moai, and town is a short walk away. The price was reasonable for six nights. We went in autumn, when the wind was strong, but it never got too hot. The rooms do have AC.

We loved the view, watching waves break along the shore and the sun go down with a pisco sour in hand. My wife and I had dinner here twice and really enjoyed both visits. Pablo, the chef, was wonderfully friendly and personable, and gave us great suggestions. We ordered his Pescado local con acompanamiento, which turned out to be local rockfish he had caught himself. Prices were about the same as, or lower than, the other places we tried.

The best part is sitting on the deck and taking in those gorgeous views! I went twice while on Easter Island. The people are wonderful, the food is delicious, there’s good beer, and the prices are normal for the island. Looooove this place.

The chef is really friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The daily specials are good, and I recommend the pizza. The tuna and ceviche looked good, but we wanted something different.

The ocean views are amazing from everywhere at this resort, even from the room’s balcony, which you’ll want to step onto each morning. It’s right on the water, quaint, reasonably priced, and the service is outstanding. Two very cool brothers, Jose and Rafael, run the place and know the island well. Rafael can pick you up from the airport, which is less than 15 minutes away, and help you get "lei-ed." Breakfast is waiting at your table in the morning, with freshly made scrambled eggs and crepes, fresh coffee, local fruit juice, and other good food. The chef makes delicious pizza, and ordering one gets you two local beers. The food took a while to arrive, but it was worth it. That gave us time to talk, enjoy a drink, and take in the view. Coming from NY, I can say the pizza was delicious, and the ceviche was spot on and very fresh. Jose can take you around the whole island, show you some secluded, hidden spots, and share what he knows about them. My group spent two full days with him. He was lots of fun and a good conversationalist. They can also arrange scuba diving, surfing, snorkeling, hikes, spearfishing, and other excursions, with surfing spots for beginners and advanced surfers. If you get to visit this beautiful island, you’d be doing yourself a disservice not to stay here, or at least book excursions and trips with these two amazing brothers.
