The lobby team were friendly and very helpful, and the tours were nice. Our room was good apart from a bathroom light that kept strobing; they didn’t fix it during our stay. Restaurant service was inattentive, and the food was uneven. Some dishes were very good and beautifully presented, but the short ribs were tough and had lots of bristle. A nice place overall, though it didn’t feel like a five-star experience.

Everyone working at the resort was top shelf. They were always glad to help and went out of their way to make our visit one we won’t forget. Thanks to each of you for a great time.

The experience was disappointing in ways I hadn’t expected. Watch out for reservation gimmicks, which you wouldn’t expect at a five-star property. Check your booking documents carefully before arriving, and have them ready when you check in.

The staff were the best part of our visit: a dedicated team from mainland Chile and the island, friendly and full of suggestions we were glad to follow. They handled all our tours brilliantly, arranging pick-ups and knowledgeable local certified guides. With a range of vehicles available, we never felt stuck there. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Food was consistently good at breakfast and at the lunches and dinners we had, and the dinner restaurant put a lot of care into its presentation, though reservations are required. The pool was a little cold during our stay, so we didn’t use it. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had while traveling, and we hope we can return someday.
