It's a quiet place as far as security goes, with a nice view and good location and access. But don't come expecting peace and quiet: being right in the middle of the roundabout means the noise is deafening.

It's a great place to rent for the holiday season, right by Playa Brava. The apartments all have sweeping views, and the shared spaces are clean and well cared for. There's a pool, gym, laundry room, and barbecue grills. A supermarket and an Asian restaurant are also available nearby, while the restaurants and bars are one kilometer away.

The ocean view is beautiful. I wish the exercise room had newer equipment in better condition. The outdoor space, including the bus stop, is very small, which leaves too little room for vehicles. Everything else is fine.

We stayed for three days. The view is good, and supermarkets and services are very close to the Los Delfines building. The main issues are the presence of "cheap" vendors, cramped parking, noise from the nearby main avenues, and humidity problems.

The caretakers were attentive and the place was very clean, in a beautiful location. But the sound insulation is so poor, with traffic and lively nearby restaurants, that it was unbelievable. We could hardly sleep before 2am.
