The beds are really comfortable, and every room has its own bathroom. Breakfast is a good, filling option. It's a very simple hotel, though, with few amenities and no common areas. The neighborhood is central, just a few blocks from Paseo Baquedano. The people out at night could feel a little scary, and the area seemed dangerous, though I didn't see anything during my two nights there.

You feel right at home here. The staff are attentive, breakfast is delicious, and the place is clean and well ventilated. It's a great central base, three blocks from Plaza Prat, so you can walk everywhere. They'll help if you need anything. We'll definitely be back!

I slept well here. The hotel is quiet and cozy, and the service was excellent and really friendly. It’s right downtown in Iquique, with public transport, supermarkets, and pharmacies close by. The building used to be a shopping center. Just be aware that the staff aren’t Chilean, if that matters to you.

Breakfast was generous, and they’ll bring more if you’re still hungry. I thought the price was quite reasonable too. It can get noisy, which makes sense given the central location, close to the Clock Tower, La Caleta, and the Esmeralda Museum. The service was very good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and both the location and price were excellent. The staff made a real effort to look after us, especially Gladys and Gisella. I felt at home, and the service was very good.
