The cabins are nice and get a thorough cleaning every day. They provide what you need for the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, including towels, sheets, toilet paper, and matches. Heating was the problem. La Serena gets really cold at night in winter, so I wouldn't recommend staying here then.

The cabin had only basic equipment, and there were no towels or hot water. It was extremely noisy at night as well. For the comfort you get, the price is high.

The place itself is beautiful and looks nice from outside, but the inside needs attention. The ceilings have lots of cobwebs, the furniture is old, and the internet is terrible. They could put some money into improving the cleanliness and furnishings.

We rented three cabins and had a terrible experience. The mice kept us awake, cleaning was poor, and there seemed to be no concern for customers. At check-in they repeatedly said they couldn't find the email about the cabin deposit, so we had to resend information they should have had already. Arrivals were completely disorganized. They seemed interested only in collecting payment and investing nothing in the place. I won't come back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
