I got a really nice room that I assume had been updated recently. But there was no hot water at all. I pointed this out, and they insisted there was hot water.

I enjoyed my stay. The service was good quality, and the staff had a good attitude.

6/10
The setting in the woods, a little outside Reñaca, is lovely, and you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes. The rooms are decent, though small for a hotel in this category, and the thin walls let in noise from outside and neighboring rooms. The staff are generally very friendly, but seemed overwhelmed by international guests and even by basics like getting breakfast ready on time. For the category it claims, the hotel falls short.

10/10
The restaurant food was fantastic, and the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly, though service could be slow at times, especially in the restaurant. A really good hotel, all in all.

We stayed for 14 nights and had a pleasant visit. The rest of the staff were great, but the woman who checked us in was really rude. That was my only complaint.
