Hotel Los Maitenes

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent, the kind of attention you might expect at a high-end hotel. We stayed four nights in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. Our room was cozy and clean, the bathroom spotless, and the beds had clean sheets and pillows. Breakfast was simple, homemade, and delicious. The staff's friendliness is one of the hotel's strongest points. I'd recommend it for a stay.

The owner was always helpful and attentive, and the staff were very friendly. We found the hotel quiet, with no noise at all, and the temperature was comfortable throughout. Everything was great, especially the location. A nice place to relax.

Jean Carlos, the manager, took great care of us all weekend and made it special for me and my partner. The service was excellent, the rooms very clean, and breakfast had plenty of variety and was hearty. I honestly have nothing bad to say. We're very satisfied and would definitely stay at Hotel Maitenes again if we return to Pucón.

The hotel is right in the center, close to everything, so the location was great. The breakfasts were delicious, and both the ladies serving them and the young man who helped us were very kind. He gave us good recommendations too. A really good experience with super friendly staff.
