Mrs. Alicia and her family live downstairs, but that wasn't a problem for us. The place is really well situated, about a 12-minute walk from the center, with supermarkets and greengrocers nearby. We paid $40,000 COP a night for four people. Our room worked perfectly for four, and the bathroom, sheets, and towels were very clean. You'd often see Mrs. Alicia washing and hanging things out to dry. There's a nice little balcony looking toward the volcano, plus a fridge, microwave, and table outside the rooms that you share with your roommates. Mrs. Alicia is very friendly. We recommend it 100%!
