The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and the toilet smelled awful. This is the worst place to stay, and all the negative reviews are right. I'd strongly suggest skipping it. There are much better, cheaper options in Pucon.

The building has beautiful woodwork built into its structure, and the rooms and common areas were clean. We opted for breakfast when we arrived, and it was the biggest, most delicious breakfast we've had on this trip so far. The shower worked well and was easy to use. Lovely welcome, comfortable room, and a nice walk to the town center.

We’ve stayed here twice and have been happy both times, so we’d gladly come back. The location is handy and the price feels fair for what you get. The rooms are roomy, comfortable, clean, and equipped with what you need, and the facilities seem well cared for. Everything for booking and coordinating happens over WhatsApp. I found that quick and convenient, though there isn’t a reception desk or anyone there to meet you when you arrive. Private parking behind an electric gate is another real plus.
