El Faro Apartment Suite

The pool is cleaned on Mondays, and it’s good for children: it’s shallow, reaches 1.60 meters at most, and has a lifeguard on duty. Entry and exit are controlled, with plenty of parking, so people can’t simply walk in. The apartments are well insulated for sound. One issue is that strong smells, including cigarette smoke, can come through the bathroom vents, so keeping them running matters.

The apartment itself was excellent, and so was the owner’s service. The building, though, is a shame because it’s such a dreamy place and we always rent there. We stayed 12 days in January 2023 in tower 2, and the maintenance seemed worse again this year. The elevators kept breaking. Someone would supposedly come to fix them, then a few hours later they’d be out of order again. We were on the 11th floor with a 3-year-old and a woman who was 6 months pregnant. The water was also cut off twice. The first time it returned after a few hours; the second time, January 26th, it was off from 8:30 pm until 6 am, so we couldn’t shower or do laundry. It was disgraceful. I’m leaving this comment in the hope you improve and provide better service.

A good place.

I’ve been living here since March while studying, and it’s been very good. The residents are friendly, and the building is well insulated from outside noise. There’s good parking, a pool, and the beach is just steps away. Guards and concierges monitor the place 24/7, and a technician comes by if something needs fixing.
