Each evening, they set up a little bar on the terrace as the sun went down over the Andes. It was magical. Sebastian and his team made me feel very welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and delicious dinners were included. I'll definitely be back. Thanks, El Bianco!

Other staff were super sweet, and the rooms were nice, but the breakfast was low quality. The receptionist spoke perfect English, wrote “$49” on a piece of paper, then charged us $500 a night. Their own website lists around $320. Shady.

I was told on arrival, “You only have four minutes to shower.” I slept in stained bedding, and my feet turned black when I walked barefoot. They accused and intimidated me over a pillowcase I hadn't stained. Every day I was questioned about any mark or dirt on the walls or bedding. The poor conditions and hostile treatment from the staff made me leave early.

The dinners are delicious and varied, including options for dietary restrictions, and the location is unbeatable for skiing. The service is excellent: everyone is dedicated, friendly, and always greets you with a smile. Sebastian is especially attentive and helpful.
