We only stayed one night, but it felt like being with family. The staff were friendly, everything was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. A few people spoke really good English, which I don’t often see in Chile, based on my own experience. It’s handy if you’re driving, though there isn’t much within walking distance. It’s kind of expensive, but worth the money. I just wish the restaurant served lunch too.

We were able to relax in the common area after lunch while waiting for our transfer after checkout, which was a real treat. The fireplace and jacuzzi were especially nice. The restaurant was sensational, and the service was very good too. The only downside was the shower in our room, which wasn’t very comfortable. We used the bathroom outside the room instead, and that one was very comfortable.

After a full day skiing, it was lovely to share a bottle of wine with friends in the family area. The atmosphere there was refreshing, and the room was clean and pretty. Staff were very friendly and made getting to the ski mountains easy. The dinners were tasty and creative. They really know how to make people feel welcome.

I only tried the restaurant, not the hotel, but the food was good quality and moderately priced. The welcome was nice, and the staff were polite. The place is well built and comfortable, with antique decor throughout. A nice place to rest in the mountains.
