I booked through Google and got both an email confirmation and a web confirmation number. When I arrived, the owner said the reservation was fake. I haven’t stayed there because of the issue, though the place itself seems nice, and the owner was very concerned about the fraud. Google needs to fix this listing and make sure the links point to the right reservation partners.

Chef Marcelo was a wonderful host and cook, and the included dinner was delicious and carefully prepared, with a starter, wine, and dessert. Breakfast was very good too. The chef brings all 10 guests together at the table for dinner, so you get to meet people and share experiences. That made the stay even more memorable, and I’ll return. I felt at home in this clean, comfortable, cozy place. It has a pool table and a gym, and the views from the rooms are unforgettable. It’s about a 10 minute walk to farellones park, which I found quite close.

We spent three days at loma del viento in June 2024, right during the blizzard, and the experience was unique and unforgettable. The mountain chalet stay includes breakfast and dinner, though bring some snacks because there aren’t many options up on the mountain. Marcelo and his team welcomed us with such warmth. After breakfast, guests head off to their activities while the rooms are cleaned. Marcelo spends the day preparing dinner, and the comforting smell of the food feels like a hug for the soul. Thank you to everyone involved. We’ll be back soon.
