We slept really well in a roomy four-bed room, with warm blankets and comfortable beds, and never felt cold. The bathroom was spacious too, with a roomy shower, hot water, strong pressure, large towels, and good soap. Everything was very clean, and the room had excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV. Luis was a great host, and the guesthouse has a welcoming family feel. There’s private parking behind a tall gated screen, and the residential street is quiet. Breakfast comes with the stay. It’s simple but enough to get going: coffee or tea, hot water and milk, an alfajor, individual yogurt, warm rolls, ham and cheese, butter, and dulce de leche. There are good places to eat nearby, including a fantastic burger place across the street and a great pizzeria three blocks away. A perfect stay.

We were visiting Chile for the first time, which made meeting Luis, the owner, and his kind family especially memorable. He was so attentive and ready to help with whatever we needed. The place feels very family friendly, and it’s only six blocks from the city center. We’d love to come back soon.

Luis is such a great person to meet, and the breakfasts are amazing. This was my first time in Osorno, but I’m sure I’ll stay at Hostal Argentina when I come back. Highly recommend it!

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the beds are really comfortable. It’s a cozy place to stay in Osorno, with a good breakfast too. Highly recommended.
