The beds were comfortable, the hot water pressure was excellent, and the WiFi was very strong. The hotel is right on the right as you enter Osorno. Breakfast was great, though it was supposed to begin at 7:30 and was always late. The staff were friendly.

We really liked the decoration, and breakfast in the morning was the best part. It’s a small hotel, but the atmosphere and the staff’s service made a huge difference. The customer service was the best we’ve had. We stayed for the weekend and would recommend it anytime.

The complimentary breakfast can keep you going until lunchtime if you make the most of it. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel was lovely. There was also a beautiful cat waiting by the car every time you went to get it. A good fit for a trip with your partner, the love of your life, your lover, or a friend.

The all-you-can-eat restaurant was a disappointment: little variety, poor food quality, and it was very expensive. The hotel is handy if you have a car, since it’s near the mall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and simple, and the shower water was the best part.

Breakfast the next morning had a wide range of options, and dinner at the hotel’s all-you-can-eat restaurant was something I’d highly recommend. The room was very comfortable, and the staff were attentive throughout. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful when we arrived. A truly spectacular hotel and an easy recommendation.
