There was so much stuff crammed into the apartment that it was hard to walk around. Cleanliness could be better, and parking costs extra.

We had agreed on an apartment in advance, but when I arrived that afternoon, they said the conditions had changed and put us in one that was too small. With no other accommodation available, I had to scramble to find somewhere else at 9:00 PM with two small children. The attitude was terrible. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this service.

We booked for 7 people and were given only 5 beds, and the place was in bad condition and smelled bad. What we rented wasn’t what we got. It was a disaster, and I’m going to report it.
