10/10
A pleasant place with friendly owners and clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very complete, and the airport is just 10 minutes away by car. The price was reasonable too.

We always stay here when we visit Osorno and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. It’s a good, pleasant, affordable guesthouse, with comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms, very friendly staff, and ample parking.

6/10
The service was good, and there is parking, though the courtyard only fits around 6 vehicles. The place feels somewhat disorganized and neglected, so they could improve that.

The young woman who welcomed us was a 10/10. The atmosphere was welcoming, the heating was good, and the food was excellent and very complete. Great service all around. 👏👏👏👏👏
