Noi Blend Colchagua

Nicole at the front desk was so helpful and kind. My family and I had a wonderful, restful night, with a lovely room, delicious breakfast and delightful amenities. The setting was beyond beautiful and the atmosphere superb. A fabulous stay.

I had a quiet room looking out over the vineyards, and enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. The hotel is cute and well placed for reaching the major vineyards. The friendly staff helped me plan and book visits to vineyards and restaurants. Food was good, from the free breakfast with eggs cooked fresh to order to dinners with pasta and salads from the garden. I'd definitely recommend it!

The location puts you near some wonderful vineyards and a few standout restaurants. My room was clean and bright, with a little patio and live white roses; the bed was comfortable and the wifi strong. The spa package was great value. The massages were amazing, and touches like chocolate truffles and wine made it feel romantic. The staff seemed to have checked out before I did, though. The restaurant menu was very limited, and what they served was pretty average. Breakfast was basically not served on one of our two mornings. They tried making eggs, burned them twice, and then said they weren't available. Nice experience overall, but I'd go elsewhere for food.

The grounds are the reason to stay here. Outside Palmilla, a few kilometers northwest of Santa Cruz, the hotel feels like a converted farm, with citrus trees in the courtyards and working vineyards and farms just beyond the property. The staff were friendly and eager to help. We spent three nights at the NOI Blend Colchagua at the end of our two-week Chile trip in August 2024. It was a beautiful setting, but the restaurant was bad and the place still seemed very much a work in progress. Our rooms were clean and thoughtfully decorated. If you're visiting Chile in austral winter, you may know hotels aren't always kept as warm as in the US or Europe, so dress accordingly. The shower was the one letdown: fussy and dribbly instead of hot and drenching. Breakfast was dependable, with plenty of pastries, fruit, yogurt, eggs and cold cuts. Dinner was a different story. One evening, our child's braised lamb shank arrived like a Baked Alaska, warm on the outside but completely frozen inside. Worse, the beef tarare gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. After four days, a doctor's visit and serious antibiotics, I recovered, but the badly handled beef ruined the end of our vacation. Enjoy the setting, but maybe skip dinner.
