The ski instructors were great, and the views were beautiful. The staff were excellent too.

The views were amazing, and the place was peaceful and tranquil. The main front desk woman was kind and helpful. The women working at the spa reception were the opposite: rude and lacking customer service, seeming annoyed when I asked about the spa or even walked by on my way to the restroom. Management needs to address how unhelpful and rude they were.

Dinner doesn't begin until 8, which is the one drawback. After a big day skiing, eat in the local village instead. The selection is excellent, and the food is better anyway. Otherwise, an awesome experience.

There are plenty of nice things about the place, and the restaurant was quite good. They also handled my celiac dietary needs well. Still, with prices like these, I'd expect much better facilities, maintenance, and service.
