Cabañas Rukapukem

The owner was very friendly during our May stay at Rukapuken, where five of us came as a small group. I was especially pleased with how clean the rooms were. The beds had spotless sheets and good-quality blankets, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had lots of storage for clothes. The cabins were well equipped and met all my expectations for a good place to stay. I highly recommend it.

The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the pool is well maintained. Water throughout the complex comes from natural springs, so it’s very pure. The cabins are peaceful, set among native forest, and equipped with everything you need. They also have accessible entrances and bathrooms for people with reduced mobility. If you need kitchen utensils or other accessories, just ask the person in charge. The owner is helpful and willing to accommodate special requests.

There’s dampness and spiders in the cabins, and the cleaning doesn’t seem thorough. They say there’s a maid, but there isn’t; one person is left to look after all the guests. The cabins work, but they’re poorly maintained, with a lot of dirt outside.

I come back to Rukapukem every season. It’s a beautiful place in a really good location, and I’ve had an excellent experience each time. Highly recommend it!
