Luna de Pirque

Total relaxation.

Coming back here is always a pleasure. We return at least once a year and never want to leave. The place is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and we especially love the hot tubs. The massages are wonderful as always. Thank you, Beatriz and Bernardita, for the care and dedication you put into your work, and thank you, Key, for being so kind and friendly. We always leave feeling warmly welcomed. We recommend it to family and friends! Johanna Vásquez and Daniel Mercado.

For my mom's birthday, I bought a day pass so she could have a really relaxing day, and that's exactly what she got. The pass came with three meals, a room for the day, a 55-minute relaxation massage, and access to the pool, hot tub, sauna and other amenities. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a rustic feel, heated bed, hot water, TV and a beautiful view. The massage was excellent, the spa area was lovely, and the staff were very kind. Meals were hearty and delicious, and the cafeteria staff were attentive. We went on a Monday, when there were just four couples at the resort. We were told it can hold 100 people, so it felt wonderfully uncrowded. Mom and I could use the amenities comfortably and practically by ourselves. The grounds are huge, with lots of lounge chairs wherever you want to settle in. It's expensive, sure, but completely worth it.

The food is delicious, the massages are the best part, and the service feels very professional. I've been three times now, but there's a big catch: hot tub sessions are limited to 30 minutes, and some people stay longer without anyone enforcing the limit. The outdoor jacuzzi has never been warm when I've visited. I understand it may be hard to keep it heated, but the water is always too cold to use. Sauna time is limited to 15 minutes, too. They offer all these services, but some can only be used partly or not at all. If they know they can't provide everything at 100%, they should consider lowering the prices.
