We had a wonderful stay at habitamar with my family. The apartment we rented had all the amenities described, and the pool was lovely too. We want to thank Luis and valentina for the way they treated us all weekend. We'll be back soon, thanks habitamar.

The location is quiet and easy to reach, with plenty of secure parking, though there are no ocean views. It's a 10 to 20 minute walk to the beach, but the walk back is steep. Líder is within walking distance, as are the police station just around the corner, a doctor's office without a SAPU a little farther on, and the fire station. The apartments are very comfortable and have what you need for a good vacation. The kitchen and bedrooms are well equipped, with electric heaters in every room and a good-sized enclosed terrace. One small drawback: the bathrooms only have hand towels.

Valentina and Luis were attentive and very friendly, with excellent service. The condo and apartment are lovely, and it's well located in a quiet area with a great view. Everything in the apartment was excellent. The only thing I'd suggest improving is the Wi-Fi signal, though you'll be relaxing by the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Our fully equipped apartment was in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to El Abanico beach, the police station, and medical assistance. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, and the location and facilities were excellent. A great option for families, highly recommended.

Mrs. Adela is available to sort out any problem or surprise. These cozy, family-friendly apartments are well equipped, with friendly hosts, a pool, and parking. They're just 2 minutes from the beach. 100% recommended.
