Dust and dirt had built up on the floor by the time we came back from our next tour, and it was already noticeable when we first arrived. We figured someone would clean while we were away, but the cabins were left even dirtier. Since our tour booking chose this stay and cleaning may not be part of the arrangement, please leave guests a broom and dustpan. The cabins themselves were nice.

We paid 58,000 Chilean pesos per night for five people, and they accepted either card or cash. We got there at 11 PM and the staff were still waiting for us, which was great service. The cabins felt comfortable and safe, with heating and hot and cold showers. Ours had two bathrooms with showers, a bedroom with three beds, another with two beds, a master bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There are games for little kids, too. Set in Castro on the magical island of Chiloé, Chile 🇨🇱, it has lovely green grounds and an incredible view. Watching the sunrise was wonderful. Nice for a family, a couple, or time on your own. Highly recommended. 👌

The kitchen had plenty of equipment, and the bathrooms were in almost perfect shape. Staff were incredibly attentive, and the rooms were bright, clean, and had comfortable beds. Beautiful place.

The cabins are really comfortable, and there's access to the beach. The view is gorgeous, especially when you can watch the sunrise 😍.
