The pool was neither clean nor full, and they don't fill it up. The restaurant wasn't that great either.

The location is great, and the people are very friendly. Our room was spacious, with a very nice bed and linen, but the bathrooms especially haven't been renovated in a long time. The food was so-so. We were there for a business meeting, and there weren't enough quiet spaces. The rooms also lack conveniently placed plugs for charging electronic devices. This used to be a great place.

I was in Chile on business and stayed at hotel Marbella in 2017. The balcony view alone made the visit worthwhile. The room was comfortable, the restaurant excellent, and every part of my stay was great. I'd gladly stay again if I'm in the area.

The views are excellent, and it's a comfortable hotel in a great location. It's a little far from the beach, but buses run to and from the beach below.

The long buffet lines and poor service made this awful. They didn't change the sheets every day, either. Definitely not worth the price!
