Eco-Cabañas Quetroleufu

The staff were attentive every day, and the grounds felt secure behind an electronic gate. There are five fully equipped cabins; we stayed in two, each with room for six. Guests get keys and a gate remote to come and go, and there’s a pool inside the property. You can barbecue without any trouble. I’d just bring ice if you’re staying several days, since the fridge is small.

The cabins have everything you need, and the setting is peaceful while still being near the main hot springs and tourist attractions. The service was excellent.

With little cell reception, it’s easy to switch off here. The owners were so friendly and attentive, and the native forest setting is lovely. We enjoyed the hammocks for reading or sleeping, and the fire pit for cooking and spending the evening outside. The kitchen has pots, plates, cups, and cutlery, though no oven. Pucón and Caburgua are nearby, as are several shops. We loved it and will be back.

The cabin is cozy, set among trees, and the location works especially well if you have a car. It’s conveniently between the tourist attractions and the volcano and downtown Pucón. We loved both our stay and Pucón. The owners were always helpful, including when we ran out of hot water one day, and they responded with real care. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re driving.
