The hosts are great, and I appreciated how they value Mapuche heritage and culture. The location and service are excellent, and the staff are friendly. I'll pass this place along to friends and family visiting the area.

The best part is the location: right in the center, yet quiet. Staff were lovely and the service was excellent. The rooms are standard, with very comfortable beds. The private bathroom is a little small, but pleasant.

We came with the Nomade Travel agency from Chillán and had a great experience. The staff were attentive and clearly cared about guests' comfort. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, generous, and nutritious. Really loved our stay, highly recommend it.

The sound carries through the rooms because the soundproofing is poor, and that was the biggest drawback for me. The hotel is basic, with few amenities and no elevator, and breakfast is very basic too. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and the location is good. My weekend stay was much like the other reviews I'd read.

For a short stay, Rangi works well. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but comfortable enough, and there's what you need for a good night's sleep. It's in an excellent location, breakfast is adequate, and service is good.
