Selina Plaza Pucon

Selina is in a very central spot, with everything easy to reach on foot, and the rooms were clean and fine. The bathroom is private, but it's down the hall rather than attached to the room. The listing says there are shared bathrooms, but there aren't any. The shared kitchen is closed indefinitely, and guests can't even use the fridge or kettle. They said it was being renovated, though I never saw work happening, so I wondered if the adjacent cafe was the real reason. Some of the hotel and cafe staff were also very unfriendly and unhelpful.

We were a family of two adults and three kids and spent a week at Selina. The pool was a great place to unwind after the lake, and they also had yoga classes and DJ sunsets. We loved the food, and the coffee is outstanding, especially if good coffee matters to you. The hotel has a free, fully equipped kitchen for cooking now and then and saving money, plus a lovely garden with picnic tables for anyone traveling with pets. Our room was spotless, the staff were friendly and bilingual, and the location was quiet even in high season while still being close to everything, two blocks from the lake and opposite the main square. We had a great stay and would come back to Selina whenever we visit Pucon. Best hotel in town, in my view.

The rooms were comfortable and kept tidy, and the staff were always kind and ready to help. It worked really well for traveling while working, since there was space to get work done and take calls. A very good experience.

The common area at Selina Pucón was such a nice place to hang out and meet people, and the location was hard to beat. I stayed a week and loved it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the shared kitchen was roomy and well equipped. They cleaned the room every day, which was done really well, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The bar's food and drinks were great and fairly priced too. I'd happily return and recommend it.
