After nearly giving up on finding a place to stay, we came across this hotel, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to us then. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the whole place smelled wonderful, bathrooms included. We were greeted by two kittens during our stay, which cat lovers will appreciate. The staff were all warm, attentive, and caring. Even though we arrived late, the chef offered us smoked salmon pizza for dinner. It was unusual but really tasty. While we waited, he also gave us samples of steak tartare and salmon ceviche. The hotel is near Angelmó, and you can walk along much of the waterfront. To go farther afield, you'll need public transport or a car. There's parking on site, and the location makes it easy to reach other destinations.

The location made it easy to explore Puerto Montt and the nearby area, and the staff were so helpful and cheerful that they made the stay feel even better. I also loved the breakfast, with its fresh ingredients and good variety, and the other food had that nice homemade quality. Casa Terra felt peaceful and welcoming from the start. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and consistently spotless, with clear attention to detail. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent, and the quiet surroundings made for a good night's sleep. The hotel is handy for the Angelmó area, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with what we needed. I'd definitely stay here again in Puerto Montt.

Marcela, the owner, looked after us so kindly and made us feel at home. Isabella, our waitress, was friendly too. We come to this region often from Neuquén, Argentina, and this place really has it all. The beds were comfortable, the food was delicious and affordable, and the whole place was beautiful, with a great atmosphere. Cleanliness mattered most to me, and it was clean. 100% recommended! 👍

The pizzas they sell were delicious, and the girls who served us were so friendly. The rooms were spotless and the place felt really cozy. We had a lovely stay, I loved it.
