Holiday Inn Express Puerto Montt

The meeting rooms feel a bit like a basement, with no windows and none of the view that the reception and restaurant enjoy from their high floor. The gym is basic, just a few treadmills and stationary bikes, but it does the job. They really need to provide wipes or spray so people can clean the equipment after using it. Food was good, with a varied breakfast that included local options, and there were choices outside breakfast hours too, which was handy after a long travel day. The amenities were clean, the staff extremely helpful, and it was a good experience. I'd come back on another business trip.

The room was spacious and luxurious, and the views were spectacular. Valentine at the front desk made sure we felt like her only guests, even with the phone ringing constantly and us being confused Canadians. Highly recommend.

Floor-to-ceiling windows here make it feel like you're right out on the water. I've stayed at plenty of seaside hotels that get the view wrong, but this one really gets it right. The service in both Spanish and English was exceptional too. One of my favourites!

A warm welcome at this newly built hotel above a large shopping mall. Children stay and eat free. They could pay more attention to details, like putting bottled water in the rooms.
