Hospedaje Austral

We loved the fully equipped apartments and the beautiful views. There's secure parking, a supermarket across the street, and the area feels safe and really nice. Carmen welcomed us almost at the last minute and patiently walked us through the payment options since we're Argentinians without Chilean cash. She and Mauricio were so hospitable and made us feel at home, with tips and recommendations for places to visit. We'll definitely return when we're back. Thanks for everything, highly recommended!

With every hotel in Puerto Montt booked, this was the last place we could find. The owners offered us a room, and we had a spectacular night. The beds were very comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. I'd definitely come back!

Good afternoon to Mrs. Carmen and Mr. Mauricio. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You were so friendly, attentive, and helpful with suggestions for places to visit. Everything was clean and tidy, and the place felt very welcoming. The price was excellent too. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Carmen is a sweetheart, and the apartments are lovely, clean, and well looked after. We stayed for a week and would absolutely return. The internet is fast, there's hot water and a fully equipped kitchen, and it was easy to feel at home. Parking is available, with a supermarket right across the street. It's also close to several places to eat and explore Puerto Montt. Highly recommend if you're passing through! ❤️
