The hotel is close to the bus terminal and right across from a really good Chinese restaurant. It's not the most luxurious place, but it's super cozy and quiet, with a great breakfast. Totally recommend it.

It was quiet and peaceful, so I could relax and sleep well. My room was spacious, warm, and heated just right, and breakfast had a great range of options. I had a very pleasant stay here. Highly recommended.

We booked six rooms for four nights while attending the Aquasur trade fair as a company. The place doesn't have enough space to function as a restaurant, and they won't let an extra person work in a room for a few hours. The limit is 40 minutes, otherwise there's an extra charge. I don't recommend it to business travelers. They have absolutely no standards, and this will be our last stay here.

For quality and price, I think this is by far Puerto Montt's best hotel. The neighborhood is very bohemian, and there's some outside noise; parking is the other downside. Aside from those things, everything was impeccable.
