There are some supermarkets nearby, though not many restaurants, and it takes a bit of a walk to reach the center. The hostel is close to the bus terminal. The only thing that bothered us was not being able to lock the door, though we felt very safe in the area.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and I slept well in a nice bed, with no bed bugs. I enjoyed my stay. It’s a perfect location if you arrive by bus, just a quick walk away. I’d recommend this hostel to anyone planning hikes and trips to Torres del Paine NP.

The owner is helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is good. The rooms are on the small side, though they do have a TV. The shared bathroom could be cleaner, and sometimes there was no tissue. The kitchen is large, but needs more utensils: lots of plates and bowls, only two spoons, no big knife for real cooking, and no proper pot. The bus station is a 10 minute walk away, and the center is 20 minutes on foot. It’s also now on the Airbnb platform.

It was lovely and warm here, which was welcome after so many freezing places. Everything was very clean, and there was even English TV in the room. I was ill, and the cleaning lady carried my luggage up to the first floor. Most of the staff were lovely and helpful. The exception was the guy with hair, who was the loudest person in the hostel at 7am on Sunday. Loved it.

It’s clean and good value, but the shared bathroom was often busy, and you can’t use the kitchen.
