The rooms were warm and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Jose Maria and Claudio made the stay especially nice: Claudio was attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and we felt at home. Thanks for a great stay. We’d happily come back.

There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the hosts know the area well. They’re happy to go out of their way to help with whatever you need. The place is heated, quiet, very clean, and has great hot showers. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. Thanks, Claudio and Jose, and Blanka (dog), for making it feel like home. Buen Camino. I’ll stay here again when I’m back.

It’s about a 10-minute walk into downtown, which worked well since Natales is fairly small. Jose and his friendly, helpful staff made our stay great. They arranged tours and laundry, and I could pay them directly. Claudio was a great guide around the nearby areas, and even the block dog blanquito made us feel welcome.
