Hotel Glaciares

The staff were kind, but this place wasn't for me and I wouldn't recommend it. The interior feels really outdated, and even the rooms have that stale, old smell. I was there with a group tour. The bathroom was tiny, so I had to shower in the bathtub, and the thin walls meant you could hear everything.

The upstairs lounge is a nice place to relax, and the staff are very friendly. It's a cute little hotel in Puerto Natales. The building is older, but the rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is simple, though nourishing on a child day.

The luggage storage was convenient, and we got a nice breakfast spread. Staff were friendly and helpful, including opening breakfast a little early on the two mornings we had early buses to catch. We had a comfortable three-night stay.

I wouldn't recommend the apartment option at La Torcida House to anyone. It's supposed to be part of Hotel Glaciares, but it's very far from the hotel, and they wanted nothing to do with the place. All we got was a printed sheet of entry instructions. When we returned on the first day, one of the windows was wide open. I also saw another review saying people had been broken into. The neighborhood doesn't feel safe. Please find a legitimate place to stay somewhere else.
