Toore Patagonia

We had a great stay right in the heart of Puerto Natales. The staff were incredibly welcoming and stored our bags while we spent 5 days at Torres del Paine. When we got back, everything was waiting in our room. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We'd happily stay here again. It's right in town, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and parking is available on the street anywhere the curb isn't yellow. Finding the place was a little confusing at first since it's behind a cute little store. The room is spacious for two and has a fully equipped kitchen with the basic amenities. I stayed with a friend and could cook eggs every morning just fine. The bed was comfortable, and they made it and tidied the room every day without us asking, which was very sweet. The bathroom was a bit small but worked for us. A few things were tricky: the shower switched between very hot and very cold without much in between, the WiFi was spotty and went out one day because of the weather, and the room got really warm when the heater was on even at its lowest setting, so we turned it off at night.

We stayed here at the start and end of our O Trek, and the hosts kept our luggage while we were hiking. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and spacious. There was everything we needed in the small kitchenette. It's good value, with restaurants nearby and the beautiful Puerto Natales waterfront close by. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely book again.

Our room was great, and the staff were wonderful. We stayed before the W and they stored our extra bag while we were trekking. Highly recommend!
