The rooms felt too small, and the view was just another room or the entrance. It seemed overpriced for what you get. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and breakfast was about what you'd expect along the Carretera Austral.

Even though we came in late May when most of the city was shut for the off-season, we got a warm welcome and had a fantastic stay. The kitchen area and our room were exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed, including hot water, towels, AC and affordable laundry service. They gave us great advice on tours and trips, and the receptionist spoke perfect english, which helped since our Spanish isn't great. We ended up extending our stay.

The owner was super friendly and really helpful, and there was a community kitchen stocked with everything you could wish for. The rooms were by far the best we've had on Carretera Austral, with everything perfectly new and a shower that was an absolute treat. We loved staying here!

The rooms were new, nice, clean and very cosy, but what stood out most was the excellent service. When we had trouble with our vehicle along the Carretera, everyone was incredibly kind and helped us find the services we needed. This place is great, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.
