There’s a large hall you can rent for weddings and other social gatherings, along with spacious cabins equipped for relaxing and cooking. The setting near the shore of Lake Llanquihue feels magical, quiet, and full of natural beauty. It’s also easy to reach Lake Todos los Santos, Petrohué Falls, and other beautiful spots. A great choice for a restful weekend away.

The beach at the resort is roomy and very calm, and there’s a big garden where kids can play. The cabins are clean and have good amenities. It’s a lovely place, easy to reach from the main road, with parking on site. Highly recommended.

I’m writing this from one of the cabins because I loved the place so much. The terrace looking out over the lake was a favorite, and the service was excellent. There’s a grill for barbecues, plus you can swim and fish in the lake, with a dock for boats.

I stayed during winter. At a glance, the cabins looked clean, but sanitation and fumigation were seriously lacking. We found spiders in the shower and under my pillow. The beds seemed homemade: a non-spring mattress on a bed frame with eight vent holes, each about 7x7 cm, to keep the bed from getting wet on a flat surface. Underneath, I could see webs and insects built up in the openings. The beds are built in and can’t be moved, so that area never gets cleared. Literally, it felt like sleeping on a spider’s nest. I understand the cabins may sit closed for long stretches in the off-season. Still, I can’t understand why they aren’t fumigated, or why, at the prices charged, they don’t use movable bunk beds that can be cleaned and aired out properly. I emailed the administration about the problem and suggested fumigation and bunk beds. Their response was just as inadequate: they basically asked why I hadn’t left. With storms and babies in the family, going out and wandering around wasn’t an option for us.
