The breakfast was one of the biggest letdowns: very few choices, food that didn't seem fresh, and poor overall quality and management. The WiFi never worked reliably from check-in onward. I reported it several times, but nothing was fixed during our stay. Housekeeping was frustrating too. The room wasn't cleaned unless we complained repeatedly, and even then service was often ignored or delayed. The hotel also seemed neglected, with several facilities broken or in poor condition and cleanliness below expectations. I had a very disappointing stay and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. Better, cleaner, more reliable places are available, including smaller boutique stays or cabins.

The view was wonderful, parking was available, and breakfast was delicious. Some areas and pieces of furniture do need maintenance.

I couldn't find a way to get in touch with the hotel. There's no booking site, WhatsApp contact, or option to message the owner.

The view of Osorno volcano is incredible, and the hotel itself is really nice!

The lake view from our fourth-floor room was lovely, and otherwise everything was fine. The problem was the bar downstairs. Its music was very loud around midnight and later, and you could hear it clearly in the room. It seems the casino and the street-facing rooms aren't well soundproofed.
