The location was great, and it was bike friendly. Staff were very accommodating, the showers were great, and breakfast was really good. The beds and blankets were amazing too. I had to rebook my night, and they fully refunded the original one. Thanks, Triwe, for such a good stay in Puerto Octay!

We had a lovely stay in this cute town. The owner gave us a really warm welcome, even though we hadn’t booked ahead. There’s a restaurant on site and a private parking lot, and the breakfast was generous and great.

The food tasted good and the place itself is nice, but the café service needs work. When we arrived, nobody greeted us, so we had to ring a bell to get the menu. Maybe we came during a shift change. The first person taking our order didn’t know what was available. She said the cakes had been made that morning but hadn’t been opened, and she wasn’t sure about them. She just looked at us until I asked her to check, since we wanted cake. She came back with two choices. We picked one, then found out later it wasn’t available, so we had to choose again. The plates had cream stains and looked unclean. The café staff need better training.
