We stayed in the Osorno room and loved the view of the volcano. The place was spotless and nicely decorated, and the people working there were lovely. They explained the area and what there was to do. I'd happily stay again.

The owners seem young and still figuring things out. Check-in dragged on, with an odd explanation about tax avoidance that we hadn't encountered at any other hotel during our three weeks in Chile. When I asked about walking to the beach, the male owner got upset. He also insisted I was mistaken when I said there was no hot water at 0800 or 0900. In the afternoon the rooms get very hot, with no AC or fans, and there are no insect screens, so mosquitoes come in as the room cools at night. The walls are thin too, and we could hear the person next door snoring all night.

We spent one night here as a family, and the stay was wonderful. The property was lovely, quiet, and clean, and the staff were very kind with helpful suggestions for things to do nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.

The lodge sits beautifully between the volcanoes, with stunning views and a special atmosphere. It's clean and quiet, just right for relaxing. Rodrigo and his wife welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home straight away, and the whole staff were lovely and always ready to help with a smile. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this peaceful hidden gem.
