They make the beds and provide clean towels, so it was easy to relax. The price was very good, and you're right by Lake Llanquihue, where you can rent kayaks and get out on the water. Restaurants and shops are close too. Excellent stay!

We were traveling with our one-year-old, so I wouldn't recommend this cabin for a family in that situation. The second floor is narrow, and its balcony overlooks the living and dining area, which felt dangerous for a small child who crawls or has only just started walking. The cabin was clean and well located, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. We didn't see the owner. The older cabins are maintained, but they're noisy: the floorboards creak a lot, and you can hear everything happening inside.

The cabin is spacious and well equipped, and the location is good. Service was very friendly, though the value for money could be better. The bathroom is small and has no towel racks, and the Wi-Fi is poor.

The staff really go out of their way for guests. The cabins are comfortable and have everything you need, as well as being pretty, well maintained, and impeccably clean. I'd happily stay here again.
