Patricia, the owner, gives first-class attention. The hostel feels safe too. I was comfortable leaving my belongings there, knowing they’d still be exactly where I left them when I returned, even after check-out. It’s affordable and close to both the center and the coast of lago Llanquihue. The desk has very good information about places to visit on tours and other things. A comfortable, clean place to stay, and without a doubt a five-star experience for travelers.

We had a nice night, but the next day we wanted to wait for our flight in the downstairs room with the sofa and TV. The woman simply told us to leave the hotel because we’d already checked out. Incredible.

The shared spaces are a real highlight, from the great kitchen and living room to the pool table and communal instruments. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and had clearly put care into the details. Highly recommend!

Those curtained beds felt like little private cubicles, and they were some of the comfiest I've slept in. The hostel had a lovely atmosphere, with thoughtful personal touches throughout.
