We had a perfect stay. Our room was on the upper floor, and the view was absolutely beautiful, though it does depend on the weather. The hotel is small, with just a few rooms, so it feels quiet and cozy, and our room was spacious. It’s in a pleasant, peaceful neighborhood rather than the busy city center, with a mini market about 40 meters away. For the price, it was more than I expected.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone working there was polite and welcoming, and breakfast was nice. It was a quiet hotel, though a bit of a distance from the centre.

The staff were patient and helpful, even though they don't speak English, so communication could be difficult. They deserve five stars. I was disappointed by the stay, though: the rooms felt expensive for what they offered. Mine was clean but had no desk, which was a problem on my business trip. The central heating was the worst part. The room stayed cold, and there was nothing I could do about it. The small heater couldn't keep up with the cold outside. Breakfast wasn't anything special either.

Looking out at the lake and volcanoes is unforgettable. After work, or just with a glass of Chilean tempered wine, you can relax in the hot-tube in the evening. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Some rooms have a lovely view across Puerto Varas, Lago Llanquihue and the volcanos. This is a good little family hotel, with clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
